If you are blocked and need help for which there is no response in the documentation or videos, you have several ways to contact us, such as:
- Opening a help request directly on the form request for help;
- Sending an email to [email protected];
- Through the Helpdesk;
These are the preferred ways to get help, as they have a direct connection with the team that develops Kyrios, thus having a better follow up of the request.
