If you are stuck and need help for which there is no answer in the documentation or videos, there are several ways to contact us, such as:

• Opening a help request directly from the form request for help;
• Sending an email to [email protected];
• Through the portal Helpdesk;

These are the preferred means of obtaining help, as they have a direct connection with the team that develops Kyrios, thus providing better monitoring of the request.

But if you are unable to use one of these means, you can always contact us at usual contacts.
