In current accounts, you have the possibility of sending an email indicating the outstanding amounts automatically.

If you don't have the email layout created in Newsletters/SMS -> Email Layouts, you can create a new template with the following content:

{{greeting}}{{name}},

This notice serves to inform you that it has the value of {{current_account_value}} {{currency}} outstanding in your current account.

Please rectify the situation as soon as possible.
