Reversal documents are used to cancel incorrectly issued documents, that is, if we issue a debt note and for some reason we make a mistake, as may be the case if we choose the wrong entity, in order to cancel the document but keep the document history, we must issue an identical document but in reversal. Then the 2 documents will appear in the current account, so we can select them both and saving the reversal document cancels the normal document.
