Extraordinary Ministers of Communion (MECs) - Kyrios ChMS

Only available at the Curia (Central Services of the Diocese) or at the Department of Liturgy

It is in this area that all MECs of a Diocese are managed, including their renewals.

Add a MEC

To add a new MEC, you must click , then you must fill in the form with the data you want. 

The form contains grouped information:

Categories

We must select whether the MEC is:

Personal data

The person's identification data must be filled in.

Household

Area to add address and parish of residence:

Contacts

Area to place all the person's contacts:

Identification documents

Area to place identification document data:

MEC

All data relating to the MEC must be placed in this area, including:

Generate MEC card

To generate a MEC card, you must view/edit the record and then click on  which is in the top right corner of the screen:

The card will appear similar to the following, with the right dimensions to be printed on a card printer, where the card may be pre-printed with the image of the Diocese:

Register the training of MECs

To register the training of MECs, it is necessary to edit a MEC.

Then access the Training tab and click on :

You can then select the training that the MEC attended and click save:

Register the reappointments of MECs

To register the reappointments of MECs, it is necessary to edit a MEC.

Then access the Renewals tab and click on .

Fill in the renewal date and click save:
